Prices

All prices on our website are in local currency and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. We are not responsible for items being out of stock.

Payment

Hello Poster accepts payments via VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, and MobilePay. Your payment will only be debited from your account when the item is dispatched. We are not responsible for price errors or items that are out of stock/discontinued.

Delivery

Hello Poster aims to ship orders within 1-2 business days.
We deliver to all of Denmark and the EU. The item will be delivered to a GLS package shop.
Your goods will be sent via GLS, and in special cases, via Post Nord.
If any issues arise, please contact customer service.
We deliver goods on all business days.

Warranty

We offer a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers material and/or manufacturing defects. Depending on the situation, you may have the item repaired, replaced, receive a refund, or a price reduction. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper handling of the product/service. You must make a claim within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect. Hello Poster will cover reasonable return costs.

Refunds

In cases of refunds, the amount will be returned to the payment method you used when placing the order within 10 business days.

Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day full right of withdrawal for items purchased on our webshop.
The period starts from the day you receive your order.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

The withdrawal must be notified to us within 14 days of purchase, and from the date of cancellation, you must return the shipment within 14 days. You must notify us via email at hello@helloposter.com. In the message, you should clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you want to return the item, please send it to:

You cannot withdraw from the purchase by simply refusing to accept the item.

Items Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

The following types of goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal:

  • Items made to the consumer's specifications or that have been personalized.

  • Items where the seal has been broken.

Returns

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your right of withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct costs associated with returning the item. When returning an item, you are responsible for ensuring it is properly packed. You must include a copy of the order confirmation. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery until we receive it back. We do not accept packages sent COD or to parcel boxes.

Condition of the Item upon return

If the item has been unwrapped from its tissue paper, it is considered used. This means that if you withdraw from the purchase, you will only receive a partial refund or no refund at all. To receive a full refund, you must not use the poster or place it in a frame.

Refunds

If you cancel your purchase, you will receive a refund of the amount you paid to us. In the event of a value depreciation for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted from the purchase price. When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs due to choosing a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your notice of cancellation. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used in the original transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back.
