  • 1. Contact us first

    Email us at hello@helloposter.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

  • 2. Pack the item securely

    We recommend using the original packaging to avoid damage during transit.

  • 3. Send your return directly to our address.

  • 4. Refunds

    Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

  • Complaints must be submitted within 14 days after receiving your item.

We do not accept returns delivered to parcel shops.

We do not collect packages from pick-up points, and such returns will not be considered valid.

Please note:
– No cash-on-delivery shipments accepted.
– Unclaimed packages are not treated as valid returns and will be subject to a handling and return shipping fee of 49 DKK, which will be deducted from any eligible refund.
